  • The customer authorizes IBEX to coordinate with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions for processing purposes.

Submission of false information may result in immediate rejection, suspension of services, or legal action wherever applicable.


3. Financial Product Approvals

All approvals, sanctions, interest rates, premiums, investment allocations, tenures, and financial offers are subject to:

  • Internal verification processes

  • Eligibility assessment

  • Credit policies

  • Risk evaluation

  • Regulatory compliance requirements

of the respective:

  • Banks

  • NBFCs

  • Insurance Companies

  • Financial Institutions

IBEX does not guarantee:

  • Loan approvals

  • Specific interest rates

  • Insurance issuance

  • Claim approvals

  • Investment returns

  • Processing timelines

Final discretion remains solely with the concerned institution.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing financial product terms carefully

  • Understanding repayment obligations and associated risks

  • Ensuring timely EMI/payment obligations

  • Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and personal information

  • Verifying policy documents and sanction letters before acceptance

IBEX shall not be liable for losses arising due to customer negligence, misinformation, or non-compliance with financial obligations.


5. Fees & Charges

IBEX maintains a transparent and professional service approach.

  • Consultation support provided by IBEX may be free of cost in selected services.

  • Applicable processing fees, legal charges, valuation charges, insurance premiums, GST, or banking charges are determined by the respective financial institutions or partners.

  • Customers are advised to independently review all applicable charges before proceeding.
